The Evergreen Estates Community Association, Inc. swimming pool offers a number of membership options. If you are a prospective member looking for more information, below are current costs for the Evergreen swimming pool and more information can be found throughout our website.

NOTE: ALL MEMBER DUES AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID, AND A LIABILITY AND WAIVER RELEASE MUST BE SIGNED.

1. Memberships not renewed by March 15, 2025 will be cancelled and offered to those on the Waitlist.

2. To qualify as being an EECA, Inc. resident in “Good Standing,” the annual EECA Community Association Dues (currently $100) must be paid.

3. Once an offer of membership has been made, refusal to accept will forfeit spot on the Waitlist.
