The Evergreen Estates Community Association, Inc. swimming pool offers a number of membership options. If you are a prospective member looking for more information, below are current costs for the Evergreen swimming pool and more information can be found throughout our website.

NOTE: ALL MEMBER DUES AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID, AND A LIABILITY AND WAIVER RELEASE MUST BE SIGNED.

Membership costs for 2024:

1. Memberships not renewed by March 15, 2024 will be cancelled and offered to those on the Waitlist.

2. Amount billed will be $100 higher than the prices indicated here.  Upon confirmation that the 2024 EECA annual dues have been paid to achieve “good standing,” $100 will be refunded to your method of payment.

3. Once an offer of membership has been made, refusal to accept will forfeit spot on the Waitlist.
